We have tied up with some of the best service apartment chains in India and have a rigorous selection process. The concept of long stays is new to India, but is fairly well developed in the developed world. 

100% transparency and commitment

All our prices are actual prices that you will pay before / after tax. There are no hidden charges or fees in this. We get our revenue from the commission after you have paid (and not as an add on to the tariff you actually pay). We believe that this is a win win situation for everyone as there are no hidden clauses - in fact we negotiate hard on your behalf to get the best long term deals for you.

 Minimal upfront payment

For monthly or longer bookings, we only charge a 20% upfront fee to block your apartment. This is required to ensure that the inventory is available when you check in - causing far fewer instances of bookings canceled by the provider. 

 No "amateur" operators - Only verified service apartments

We run a 6 monthly audit of all our operators and keep an eye on their online reviews to ensure that they are adhering to the quality standards we require - Minimum 4 out of 5 stars on TripAdvisor, certified apartment with kitchen and other amenities (free WiFi, linen change, housekeeping etc)

Compare and pay for only the facilities you need

Our proprietary comparison tool helps you choose the right apartment for your needs by paying only for things you need. Laundry or private kitchen important to you? Go right ahead and choose that - the platform makes it easy to choose exactly what you need, without paying for a whole lot of add ons you may never.

 Concept of trial booking for long term stays

We allow long stay guests (booking more than 30 days) to change the apartment they stay in without any penalty in case they are not happy. The request for change must be made within 2 days of the stay and the difference with the other accommodation must be paid directly to the new apartment provider. Not only will this give you the confidence to book without visiting the apartment, it also allows you flexibility in case you are not happy with aspects like location, etc.
